Welcome to finqOS. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use finqOS. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate. Accounts registered by automated means are not permitted.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login credentials with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@finqos.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

finqOS is a financial research and analysis tool. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. All investment decisions are yours alone. Market data is provided "as is" from third-party sources and may be delayed or inaccurate. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions. See our Financial Disclaimer for full details.
You retain ownership of all Content you create within finqOS, including watchlists, portfolios, research notes, and analysis. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your Content.
You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your Content solely to provide the Service. This license terminates when you delete your Content or account.
You may export your data at any time from Account Settings. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
finqOS offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
The Service, including its design, code, features, documentation, and branding, is owned by finqOS and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without our written consent.
The Service integrates with third-party providers including Supabase, Stripe, and market data providers. Your use of the Service is also subject to any applicable third-party terms. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or reliability of third-party data or services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, finqOS and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or investment losses, arising from your use of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion feature in the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of finqOS after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
